DeleteRose, thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the issue of addiction. I have been living this nightmare life for the last five years and it is very, very tough. I have recently been ready a couple of blogs on addiction and have been ready yours as well. It is very helpful. Most of my information about these blogs have come through the media which is wonderful. As you say , we live in the Shadow because we don't know what to do. I will keep on reading and listening and one day I will send you my story.
